Email is the fastest way to reach us, and the one that leaves a record for both of us. Write about anything: a download that did not arrive, a question about something in Progeny Plugins, a charge you do not recognize, or a refund. Tell us the email address you bought with and the name of what you bought, and we can look it up straight away. A person reads it and writes back.

The same line answers for every Progeny Infinite product, so say which one you are calling about. For anything about a payment, email is better, because we can send you the processor's reference in writing.
