Ratecard is for US WooCommerce shops shipping parcels with USPS, UPS or FedEx - or all three.
Inside Ratecard
The carriers' current APIs
USPS Domestic Prices v3 at apis.usps.com, the UPS Rating API and the FedEx Rate API, each with OAuth. Tokens are kept until they expire.
Your boxes
list them once (inside size, most they may weigh, empty weight). The cart is packed biggest item first into the first box it fits by its three sides, the room left and the weight limit; then every box is shrunk to the smallest of yours that still holds it. A product can be marked "ships in its own box".
Honest prices
a service is only offered when every box got a price for it. The carrier's negotiated or account rate is used when it sends one.
When a carrier does not answer
the other carriers still show. When none answers, your fallback rate shows under its own name - checkout is never empty and never accidentally free.
Your way
choose which services to offer per carrier, rename them, add a percentage and a fixed amount.

Asked first
Do I need accounts with the carriers?
Yes - your own. Ratecard asks the carriers on your behalf with your keys; it never sees or keeps your money.
What if a product has no dimensions?
Give every shipping product a weight and dimensions. An item with no size fits any box.
International shipping?
This version rates US domestic parcels.
