Add a provider by NPI - or look one up by name and state - and Shingle fills in the name, credential, specialty and every practice location from the free CMS NPI Registry.
[shingle_directory] - every provider as a card with photo, specialty and town, filtered by specialty and location; each links to the provider's own page.
[shingle_provider npi="..."] - one provider on a page of its own.
schema.org markup in the page head: Physician for physicians (with address, phone and "accepting new patients"), a Person with a job title for everyone else, and the NPI as an identifier.
Re-sync one provider or everyone, and see in words what the Registry changed - a new office, a new credential, a deactivated NPI (that page is hidden until someone looks).
