Legible
Every PDF, Word, PowerPoint and spreadsheet file in the media library sorted against your ADA Title II date, each one tracked through fixing, with a report for council.
For local government and public school web managers.
The Justice Department's ADA Title II web rule asks state and local government web content to meet WCAG 2.1 AA from April 26, 2027 (population 50,000 or more) and April 26, 2028 (under 50,000, and special district governments). Documents already on the site before that date are usually excepted - unless they are updated afterwards, or people use them to apply for, get or take part in a service. Archived content is excepted only if it is in an archive area, kept for reference only, and unchanged.

Inside Legible
The scan
Media > Title II documents reads the media library for PDF, Word, PowerPoint and spreadsheet files. A second scan keeps every answer; a file gone from the library is kept and flagged, never dropped.
The groups
new (must comply), used for services (must comply), archived, posted before the date, and not answered yet - each with the reason in words.
Fixing
not started, being fixed, fixed and checked, replaced by a web page, taken down. "Fixed" needs how it was checked, who and when; "replaced" needs the web page's address.
The council report
counts by group, what is left, and the days to your date. Prints cleanly.
The door
"Declare the documents ready" refuses, naming every reason, until every document is answered and every one that must comply is dealt with. Taking a fix back off clears it.

More for government & schools

Daylight
A public records request portal inside your own site: tracking numbers, your state's response clock, extensions with reasons, denials with exemptions, and a public log that never names who asked.

Docketline
Meeting agendas, packets and minutes posted as accessible web pages, not only PDFs - and no meeting published until everything on it can be read by a screen reader.

Evenhand
The Title IX notice your website must show - coordinator contact details and the nondiscrimination statement - checked against 34 CFR 106.8 before it is published, with history and reminders.
