Tackboard

The crew posts a photo from the job on their phone; your site shows it as a pin on a service-area map and on that town's page, with the customer's review and schema markup.

For US home-service contractors - HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical - on WordPress.

Google does not show review stars for reviews a business hosts about itself; the markup is still correct and is read by other engines.

What it does

Inside Tackboard

[tackboard_checkin] - a phone-sized form for the crew: the job, the town, a photo, a line about it, "use where I am", and the customer's review if they gave one. Only signed-in users with the new "Crew" role (and administrators) can post.

[tackboard_map] - a service-area map drawn from your own pins (no map tiles, nothing loaded from anywhere else), a list of towns, and each town's page at ?town=.

[tackboard_town town="Roseburg" state="OR"] - one town's jobs on a city page of its own.

schema.org - the business, the towns it serves, and its reviews.

No customer's house can be found

Locations are rounded to about a kilometre on the phone and again on the server, and a note with a street address, phone number or email is refused.

No review is hidden for its stars

A check-in can be taken down only for a stated reason - the customer withdrew permission, it shows something private, it is not your job, it is abusive, it is a duplicate - and the office screen counts the reviews by stars. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR 465) forbids suppressing negative ones.
